What is the meaning and name of this picture?

I looked everywhere, searched every word I could to find the image but couldn’t so I had to do it myself….

I think it’s to do with a Revolution (Russian I think). It’s two weapons, ones a moon shaped knife and the other looks like a hammer, like a blacksmith hammer.

Does the image have a name?
What’s it’s meaning?
Is there a phrase I can Google that will show it?
